This one is by far the best. Super comfortable and helps with my hip pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You need this knee pillow.... *by A***N on 13 February 2026* I am a side sleeper and need a knee pillow. I have tried the wedges and a lightweight version of a pillow with a crease down the middle. The last one that I tried was oversized and not firm. It looked like a regular pillow with a crease. When I put it between my knees, they touched..... I ordered one of these extra firm and thick knee pillows and find that it has what I need to keep my knees from aching at night. I do find the pillow to be too large for my application. I do not use it the long way and have my feet also separated. I turn it sideways and just use it for my knees. It takes up a lot of space.
