Now, that's customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for this price *by A***M on 6 June 2026* Feedback after training on this for the past 3-4 weeks. Good overall. Positives: - Quiet for the most part, so it’s nice being able to work out in the early morning. - Very compact, sturdy and stable. Fits perfectly in my small bedroom. - Also very easy to put together by yourself, no need to ask others for help. The package had all the right tools to put this together. - Adjustable handle and seat height. It has lots of levels so if you are looking to challenge yourself, this will do. Negatives: - the seat can be uncomfortable at first and can be squeaky at times, that’s the only part that tends to make noise, - the pedals are very small, which can be annoying because feet can slip easily, and the additional protection for the pedals is just not comfortable. It just needs bigger pedals, - it’s negligible, but the ultra heavy duty batteries that came with this device didn’t last more than 2 weeks, so I had to replace them. This is least of worries but don’t be surprised if you need to use your own AAA batteries. I haven’t tried the app tracking functionalities as I have no need to use that, so I cannot provide feedback regarding that.
