Thank you! **Q: So, how exactly DO you open them?** A: These are the best designed lip balm since you twist the cap to break the seal but push from the bottom to get the balm. No more opening it up to find it twisted in your pocket pushing all the balm into the cap. **Q: Are they smooth on the lips?** A: I love these mini lip balm. I bought them for my students as part of their winter goodie bags. They absolutely love them!! **Q: is the spf a chemical sunscreen or zinc/titanium based?** A: Like most sunscreens: octinoxate, and oxybenzone. Therefore, the product is not zinc/titanium based.
