Ingredients Tomato chopped (25%), Tomato Paste (25 %), Rapeseed oil (16%), Red Pepper (12%) Water, Onions Scotch Bonnet Bouillon Vegetable Power (Salt, Potato, Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Maltadexnin Sugar, Palm Oil Yeast Extract, Carrot Powder, Onions Powder, Spice (Celery , Turmeric Black pepper, Sunflower Oil) Directions Par Boil 500 g Rice. Pour Jollof Rice Sauce mix thoroughly. Add desired seasoning if needed (optional). Cover the pot and steam for approx. 25 mins on Low to medium heat until soft.

**Q: What would you add it make it spicer?**
A: The best thing  is to add chilli powder to the mixture when cooking. You can get the extra Hot chilli powder.

**Q: Do I empty all the water from the par boil rice before I add the sauce or leave some water in? Thank you**
A: I suggest you leave a little bit of water in the par boil rice before you add the sauce. If you need more water, you can  later add to it, if necessary. ENJOY.

**Q: How can this sauce be used when cooking rice in a rice cooker?**
A: The best way is to wash the rice with hot water so you can take the starch off. Add the sauce, seasoning and water. Stir the mixture very well and start cooking.  Half way into cooking, mix the rice to make sure it is incorporated with the sauce . Once the rice cooker is finished, leave it for 10 mins to simmer with the lid closed. Hope you enjoy!!

I am so excited to see this on Amazon! It really makes fantastic jollof rice and it is really really easy. I have also used it with spaghetti and pasta and it is great with that too. Highly recommend it plus delivery was super quick!
