I had my Lanbrella for 2 years now and it has been working great. What I like the most about it is that it’s durable, amazing quality and worked well. Up until recently, I used it while it was raining and when I pressed the button to close it, the shaft will not retract and the open/close button quit working. Reached out to customer service to avail of the Lifetime replacement warranty and needless to say, I had a great experience with the replacement process. Followed the instructions on the email and in no time, I got a new replacement umbrella. This umbrella is beautiful and sturdy and I love that it has a warranty. I had a small issue and the customer service that I received was unexpected and above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful and keen to help. They ended up replacing the umbrella which I was not expecting as I continued to use it because it still worked very well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was for an umbrella. I’ve received less helpful service from the Fruit company after spending thousands of dollars. The auto open close is convenient and I love that it inverts when closed which is perfect for getting unto public transport. I am picking up extras for my mom, sisters and my gym bag and have told everyone who will listen about the amazing product and service. Now you may think that it costs a bit much, but one of my favorite quotes (by Mark Walker) is that price is only an issue in the absence of value.
