I had to remove the silicone housing on some of the lights since the tab seemed to have been stuck. Which I found to be a good thing since I was already curious on how easy it was to replace the batteries. Come to find out, their is nothing complicated about the design of this product. Simplying remove the red tab, detach the silicone ring around the hook, apply the LED light on you bike handle bar( or whatever you choose to use this for) and reattach the stretchy silicone ring to the hook.On the top of the light, their is a soft button with three. One of the settings is your standard light, the other two settings are strobes with different intervals.
