SHAN ZU chef's knife core is made of 10Cr15Mov Damascus Japanese Steel with high hardness (62HRC), corrosion and abrasion resistance. Combined with advanced modern forging techniques, you'll get a razor-sharp knife. Damascus knives are famous for their beautiful patterns. SHAN ZU's Damascus Pattern Technology uses layers of carbon steel sheets to create excessive heat treatment. Repeated folding and MENTS Forged until blade pattern is formed. Polish the pattern to stand out. Nowadays, there are imitation Damascus knives that are simply laser etched to create patterns. These are fake damascus because the patterns can wear out. In addition to the knife core, there are still 66 layers of carbon steel forged into the blade. A total of 67 layers of steel frame construction greatly increases corrosion resistance, rust resistance and toughness for a long lasting utility knife. Adopt frosted glass fiber G10 handle, much more sturdy and comfortable than wooden handles. Ergonomically designed octagonal balanced professional knife provides high performance cutting for meat, vegetables and fish.
