She looks through them on her own and has us read them to her. The only downside is she likes them so much I read them each 10-20 times a week. I’ve taught preschool, and I wouldn’t say they are the best first books because I personally think that vowel sounds shouldn’t be introduced (both short and long sounds) so early, but I’m not really using these to teach. They are fun and engaging.
