It came with two flavors, maple and chipotle. I thought the maple was very good. Good flavor, not too sweet. The Chipotle, however was a little "dusty" in regards to the flavor. Others, I'm sure would feel it was pretty good, just not my style. The texture for both was pretty good. A little dry at first, but gave way quickly. Way too salty, though the rest of the seasoning is fine. Some folks might like it. It is not too sweet, like many of the fish jerkies. I've tried four bags of these and they were all identical in being oversalted. He dug the discarded package out of the trash and all that remained was the chewed packaging. Very expensive dog food however.
