Review: Perfect for Summer Travel - I bought these pants in several colors for my Europe trip, and they ended up being my favorite pants for traveling. I wore them in Amsterdam, Italy, and Spain, where temperatures ranged from about 99°F to 105°F. Even in that extreme heat, they stayed breathable and comfortable, and I never felt overly hot. The only thing I would mention is that they were a little scratchy when they were brand new. On the first wear, they rubbed against my knees while driving and sitting, but I had read that linen softens after washing, and that was absolutely true. After about 4–6 washes (I always air-dried them), they became incredibly soft and comfortable. For reference, I’m 5’3”, about 130 lbs, and ordered a size Small. The length was perfect with tennis shoes, and I walked miles every day on tours without feeling uncomfortable. The waist loosened up slightly after wearing and washing them often, but they still fit well and looked great. If you’re looking for lightweight linen pants for hot weather, vacations, or everyday wear, I highly recommend these. They were easily one of the best clothing purchases I made for my trip.

A: Agreed. They run small. I wear pant size 12/14 and I got the 2x and they fit great.

**Q: does anyone have white?  Are they see through?**
A: No, it’s not see through. But, it is white and usually if you wear colored underware. under white it will show through. Flesh color is the best. Just saying.

**Q: When the XL elastic pant waist is stretched to its fullest, what is the total waist measurement? In other words, how many more inches does it stretch?**
A: The large stretches about 36 inches max, not sure about the XL.

I liked the color and style of these pants alot. I ordered a medium but they are extremely baggy for a medium. Luckily they tie around the waist however I did have to keep pulling them up and adjusting them. They are comfortable and flowy which I love. I'm not sure the material is the best quality though. I hope they last but just not sure if they are worth the price yet or not.
