ORIGINAL: The couch never expanded all the way and all of the cushions are lopsided. It’s been 8 days at this point. It doesn’t glow in the dark either. There is an insert in the package that stated to email if it doesn’t expand properly yet there is no email listed to contact them. Save your money!

### ⭐ Cute but foam was terrible

I wanted this to work so bad. The fabric was soft and so cute!! My daughter was su excited as this was a birthday gift. We followed the instructions and opened the zippers to air out and expand. After day 1 I knew it wasn't going to be good but I was still optimistic. By day 3 I was doing the next recommended step of hair dryer and steamer. Some pieces expanded a little more but the main seat would not. Every piece had an edge that would not expand, even with help. I was so disappointed and couldn't find a way to contact the seller. I then contacted Amazon and they wanted me to ship it back. How to send an item that was vacuum sealed back when you don't have that option? After explaining the situation to a second representative, they got me all taken care of. I feel like this item is a hit or miss. I read the reviews realizing that could be the case and unfortunately it was a miss for us.
