My son is a voracious reader who has not been diagnosed with dyslexia. However, I noticed when reading aloud that he seemed to have a bit of trouble: skipping over words & sometimes missing a line of text -- even though he reads enthusiastically with no comprehension problems. So I bought these sheets on a whim just to see if they might help -- wow! The transparencies provide a marked improvement in his ability to read aloud fluidly. We purchased the multi-color set which was good choice as it allowed me to place random transparencies over text he'd never seen before and quickly discern which color worked best for him. My son even noted that he really likes the line on the sheets because it keeps him from skipping sentences: I had not really considered that the line on the transparency might be a good thing. These allow a student to see the entire paragraph, with one line at the top as a guide for the line of text being read. The other guides cause problems because students often skip lines. Flexible plastic is sturdy, not cheaply made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product for Jumping Letters *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2017* Very pleased with this product. 10-year-old who uses it is happy and says it works. It is much more substantial and easier to use than flimsy plastic book covers and appears to help with glare. He is using it for letters that jump and previously had a screening showing that grass green works best for him. We keep one at home and one at school, with the extras put away in case one gets lost.
