I tried my cell phone with using only the small bag by itself. The signal dropped but not enough. I placed the small bag inside the larger bag, and with the help of a friend, received no calls at all. I emailed myself several times from a computer, nothing at all. I removed the cell from both bags and within a minute i was flooded with emails. The person who had tried calling stated she got my voicemail. It appears that both bags are made of a mesh steel or metal, and appear to be a heavy duty material. I will be back with further results.
