I bought two of these about 3 months ago and am already having major problems with them. One of them died completely and won’t charge- the other you can’t charge the phone while in the case anymore. They have to be charged separately which is a pain. Just waiting for this one to die soon now too. This is my second time purchasing the same one. My first one stopped working after a year. It had been dropped many times by my toddler and myself and stopped working when a piece broke off. Totally our fault. This second time around, the first case I received was a dud. The battery wouldn’t charge. When I contacted the seller they immediately sent a new case that works perfectly, which I really appreciate. The case itself is incredibly convenient. It’s got plenty of wallet space, and having it magnetize to the phone case is awesome. It’s super easy to take the phone off the wallet and just use it at home, and then literally just pop it on the case and head to the store or run errands. I’ve never seen another case that has the wallet, and the battery charger case for the phone itself, and is magnetized.
