Due to the current shortage of computer components, which unfortunately includes power supply units, and although I haven't heard much of PCP&C in a long while, I decided to give them a try for nostalgia sakes. The power supply would turn the system on for about 4 seconds then restart, then after about 10 more seconds it shuts off. While the system is off, the power supply seems to still be on telling by the noise of the fan, along with the smell of something very ....wrong. Unplugged everything with the quickness, and ran out to Microcenter and bought myself a Corsair RM1000x. Installed it, turn it on, and everything boots up as it should. Judging by some of the recent reviews, it seems that the words "quality" and "reliability" is not a part of the brand no longer.
