For one pound use one ounce. More won't hurt, tho :-) Fill a large pot with enough water to cover seafood. Add LA Fish Fry craawfish, shrmip & crab boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Add Seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated (crawfish: 5 min, shrimp: 3 min, crabs: 15 min) 3. Turn fire off and let seafood soak 15-25 min.
