I've been suffering from Trich for years. I've been to therapy, tried hypnosis, anti-depressants, wearing hats, extensions...nothing helped. Nothing could stop my hands from getting to my hair. Thought I'd look online to see if there had been any new proven treatments for it. Found that this dietary supplement atleast "helped" most patients. Gave it a shot not expecting much. The first few days I found myself going to pull a few times, but even then, there was a delay, like "Don't do it" which stopped me.
