Just now opened and tried to use. Problems: 1. Have to HAMMER on the metal slide bar to keep rubber from slipping. 2. Impossible to assemble top into its pole segment because the immovable white plastic collar is too close to the white pop-up button so it can't be slipped far enough up into the top. 3. Impossible to assemble bottom pole segment into top pole segment because THERE IS NO THREADING into which to screw it. 4.
