We have put a shelf life of one year on this vinegar. **Q: why is the 'mother'never visible...however long I have had it?Can the seller explain ?** A: I am not the seller just consumer & all I know is that a tbsp of organic cider vinegar with a small tsp of honey in hot water(I like a hot drink first thing in the morning)seems to help with digestion & other things I am in remission for bowel cancer & now 90 so can’t be doing me any harm.
