With 100 colors there is plenty to work with, and the pigmentation is better than I expected. The colors come out bright, blend well, and there are enough different shades that you aren't constantly mixing just to get what you want. I also like the compact case and included water brushes. Everything stays together and it's easy to carry without hauling around a pile of art supplies. For the amount of paint, number of colors, and overall quality, I think this is a very good value. It would make a great starter set, but there's enough here that you aren't going to outgrow it anytime soon. 5 stars Review: Teen Paint by Beach Party Idea, Favor, Goodie Gift - Fun Teen Birthday Party Idea.. Are they half-pans or smaller?** A: These seem to be just over a 1/4 pan. They are very small, but I have not used yet. So if they are as pigmented as I heard they may last a long time. **Q: anyone else having trouble unscrewing the brushes to fill them with water? I can't get any of them open** A: I am having issues. Mine are stuck shut! **Q: How about painting with watercolor is running out? Do they have a way to fill in the colors?** A: No **Q: are these paints washable?** A: Washable as in? They are watercolor so the more water u use the more diluted the paint becomes so it’s more like disappearing paint so I like to think they are magic! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A lot of paint in a small package *by A***A on August 13, 2026* This is a really nice watercolor set, especially for somebody getting started or anyone who wants a big selection without buying a bunch of separate paints.
