Wires are sturdy and connections are firm! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does exactly what is described - allows you to connect a 3 or 4-pin fan to a Molex connector *by C***O on 10 May 2023* This adaptor cable passes +12v and ground connection from the Molex cable. This is great for powering 4-pin case fans that might draw too much current to be connected to motherboard headers. Another use is running a case fan at full speed vs. having the motherboard alter it's speed, which is how I'm using it. The cable is nice and flexible. It's a pain to get the Molex connector connected to another Molex, but ALL Molex connectors are lousy and I only use them when I have to.
