A: No it does not shed or get fuzz balls.  Love these blankets.  Light weight and warm.  All my husband would use.

A: Hi, these are our Open Cell Blankets, you would receive the same style as in picture #1

**Q: These are similar or same as Hospital blankets that actually touch your whole body like a glove?**
A: They are similar to a hospital blanket. I would not say like a glove but they do cover whole body. The person I bought the first one for is 6 feet tall and it covers them.nicely.

**Q: What size bed does this fit**
A: The size of the blanket is closer to a twin rather than queen. The exact size of the blanket is 66x90. The blanket is made of 100% cotton therefore it will shrink in size after the first wash. A queen mattress size is 60x80. The blanket will cover it, but this is not considered a spread blanket.
