The Love Kankei bottle answered my prayers, it not only looks great, it’s the perfect size for carrying round all day and claimed to keep hot drinks hot and cold...well cold. Did it live up to my expectations? The short answer is yes. The gloss outside seems extremely durable, resistant to scratches which means I can chuck it in my bag without fear of bruising it. Talking about chucking it in my bag, I am yet to get this bottle to leak, so that’s a plus. It keeps my coffee warm and drinkable for hours, then after a clean I bob some cold water and ice into it and that’s cold for even longer. It comes with two coloured rubber bands, these are important because they add grip to the top of the bottle and make popping the top easy. Also having a choice of colours is great. I found the bottle easy to clean, but I have a bottle brush, I would suggest investing in one if you haven’t already, this is my only con. The opening at the top is fairly small (see pic with the teaspoon) so getting anything else in there to clean it properly will be a problem. It’s not an issue for me as I was sad enough to have a set of bottle brushes already. But for others it might be. So a long winded review this may be, but I’m sold on this bottle, in fact I’m going to invest in the 750ml one for home. Review: Useful item - Have used this a lot over the years.
