The first issue we had was that there are no instructions on how to set up or use the remote. The second issue is there are no help videos anywhere we could find i.e. YouTube. Google or Bing that use the keywords of our brand of remote and vehicle to be found. The last issue is total disappointment due to the seller telling another buyer that this will work for their 2018 chrysler pacifica.
