## Description

Features: - Works on metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel, cold steel, etc. - The size of the bottle is larger than 50ml, there is 50% or more that is filled with air to keep the glue stable. - There is some air in the bottle to keep the glue stable. - Prevents parts from loosening due to vibration that can lock and seal cylindrical components. - Eliminates the wear phenomenon of micro-vibrations, withstands high loads and antioxidants. - Apply filler gaps up to 0.25 mm. - Maximum Service Temperature: -54~180℃ - Shear Strength: 3500 lb² 24 N/mm² - Solidification time (first solidification/complete solidification): 20m/24h. - Prevents loosening in vibrating assemblies. - It is recommended that sealants not be used in pure oxygen or in pure oxygen environments. - Reminder The bottle is more than 1/2 vacuum because the screw locker hardens in the absence of air, so filling the bottle completely would cause the glue to start hardening. The bottle is air permeable and allows air to pass through the wall. There is also a little air space above the product inside the bottle to maintain the stability of the threader. Therefore, a 50 ml package contains a 50 ml threader in a much larger bottle.
- Application: Apply to fill gaps up to 0.25mm with 10 minutes fixing time. Strength: medium and high viscosity. Solidification time (first solidification/full solidification): 20 m/24 h. Maximum service temperature: 180 °C. Shear Strength: 3500 lb² 24 N/mm² The viscosity for speed at 20 RPM is around 2155 mPa·s.
- Method of use: 1. Cleans all surfaces. 2. Shake well before use. 3. Apply enough product on the screws in the nut mating area. If parts have come into contact with water-based solvents or cutting fluids and a protective layer is left on the surface, rinse with hot water before sticking.

It can remove the wear phenomenon of microvibrations, and withstand high loads and antioxidants. It is applied on the threads of the nut and screw and then joined together. The thread lock adhesive evenly between the nut and the screw and then hardens in the absence of air, locking the nut and screw together.
