Review: Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole insterts better than expensive orthotics (for me) - Years ago I used to use some Spenco 3/4 length inserts in my shoes but then all local stores stopped selling them. I had to start buying expensive custom inserts, which did not even work very well. While browsing at a Big 5 about a month ago I found a Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole on sale and decided to try it out. I had already thrown out all of the high priced inserts except 2 and was using only 1 of those. It was a nuisance transferring it between sets of shoes. I put the Spencos in the sets of shoes I use for my 3 mile walks, and they were sooo comfy and my feet felt good after the walks. Then I checked desertcart and found the same thing (Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole) at a reasonable price (not quite as good as the sale price, but they only had 1 at Big 5). Now I have them in two pairs of my shoes and even wear one pair inside the house (exclusively) because they are so much better than any slippers you can buy. Review: Baaaad product. - Not cushiony, very rigid and painful to wear. ## Features - Designed to relieve pressure from the plantar fascia, reduce pain and heal it naturally - Targeted arch support distributes pressure more evenly and stabilizes bones in the foot - Deep heel cup prevents overpronation and supination - the main cause of many common injuries such as plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis - Forefoot perforations increase airflow for improved breathability - Fits most shoe types and foot sizes ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CFRJQ6TX | | Arch Type | Medium Arch | | Benefits | Plantar Fasciitis | | Brand | Spenco | | Brand Name | Spenco | | Colour | Green/Grey | | Corrective Support | True | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 61 Reviews | | Insole Type | Arch Support Insole | | Item Dimensions | 34.5 x 11 x 5.5 centimetres | | Item Form | Molded, Pad | | Manufacturer | Spenco | | Material | Polyurethane Foam | | Material Type | Polyurethane Foam | | Model Name | Plantar Fascia Insole | | Number of Items | 2 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Arch Support, Breathable, Cushioning, Shock Absorption | | Product benefits | Plantar Fasciitis | | Recommended Uses For Product | Boot, Cleat, Shoe, Sneaker | | Recommended uses for product | Boot, Cleat, Shoe, Sneaker | | Size | 7-12 | | Target Use Body Part | Foot | | UPC | 096506923639 | | Unit Count | 1 count | | Use for | Foot | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Spenco - **Colour:** Green/Grey - **Item form:** Molded, Pad - **Material:** Polyurethane Foam - **Number of items:** 2 - **Product benefits:** Plantar Fasciitis - **Recommended uses for product:** Boot, Cleat, Shoe, Sneaker - **Special feature:** Arch Support, Breathable, Cushioning, Shock Absorption - **Unit count:** 1 count - **Use for:** Foot ## Images ![Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ZK0b-B28L.jpg) ![Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81ZETFhHDfL.jpg) ![Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/810Wa89TzvL.jpg) ![Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81K0BG2r2HL.jpg) ![Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole Fits Men Size 7-12 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71T+qrjtxAL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spenco Plantar Fascia Insole insterts better than expensive orthotics (for me) *by E***E on 1 November 2025* Years ago I used to use some Spenco 3/4 length inserts in my shoes but then all local stores stopped selling them.
