Review: Misleading Product Information Led to Dangerous Overheating AND No Return Policy! - I am extremely disappointed and frankly quite alarmed by my experience with this inverter. The product description clearly stated that it supports "up to 2" batteries at a time, which strongly implies that it can be used safely with one battery as well. Based on this information, I purchased the inverter and a single battery. ​Upon connecting the battery and the inverter, the battery began to heat up severely. This was incredibly concerning and felt like a major safety hazard. ​I had to call a technician to assess the issue. They informed me that this model is a dedicated 2-battery inverter and is designed to only run when two batteries are connected. Running it with just a single battery causes a significant overload and serious problems, which explained the dangerous overheating I experienced. ​To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the product due to the completely inaccurate description and safety concerns, I discovered that this product has no return policy! This is utterly unacceptable for an item sold with such critical and misleading information, especially when it poses a potential safety risk.
