It is however very different in flavor to vinegar especially when your cooking with it. It is however very good for that sour flavor when making dishes and goes very well with a lot of Indian dishes especially if you end up finding your imli taste is not up to par etc. or if your fish dish needs a bit more sourness to it. 1-2 teaspoons and your good to go

It is however very different in flavor to vinegar especially when your cooking with it.
