I don't think it is sellers fault. Packaging at manufacturing level is poor. As soon as I very lightly squeezed the tube, it popped open from top and splashed the paste all over my car seat. As for its purpose - It is not a DIY thing. Unless you have your own buffing machine, you cannot get the results by hand. It does fade the light scratches though. But also leaves swirl marks around that area since it is obviously abrasive. I alsl tried wax over at the next stage, but jt barely covers the swirl marks. This is why a buffing Machine is useful for proper scratch removal. So I am giving a low rating because 1) the Packaging from Manufacturer (not seller) is of very poor quality. 2) You need a machine for proper finish and cannot get the results by hand use.
