After using of two times I write a review my weight is 70kg height is 5.4 I have excess fat in middle of body only legs and hands are normal I usually wear xl or xxl but hear I order M it’s fit to me perfect I saw all reviews of other brands but this one is good not expect too much look one size down and fit body not looking like patches and inner open so no problem for long use.
