I look at an iPad several hrs. per day. It was getting to where I had to lower brightness to almost nothing...my eyes constantly hurt. I tried the glasses for a few days. I find that this glass is particularly effective to reduce eye fatigue when watching these two displays. I used to adjust the brightness to optimum level before I use the eye glasses but it still helps further.This glass is light yellow and not so orange yellow as the others. I sometimes use it under sunshine as it is also UV safe and not too dim assunglasses.
