VLCKD (Very Low-Calorie Ketogenic Diet) can be selected in the basic version with or without coffee (QUICK), or in the vegan organic version (FAST). Natural, cryogenically ground, highly-bioavailable ingredients provide energy from MCTs and whey or pea protein which - according to scientific research - results in significant weight loss.
