FYI: If used for baking, to get an even bigger cherry flavor put them in a bowl with 1 to 2 tsp of almond extract. Microwave until very warm and stir a few time before using. These are even better - very consistent (few damaged fruits) and nice and sweet for what they are, and they seem to clump (a little) less in the bag than the TJ's equivalent offering. As others may have mentioned, these are unsweetened, so they are going to be considerably more tart than the sugar-added variety (be prepared for what you are buying) but not as tart as some that I have had. We have gone through several (5+) bags so far and haven't come across a pit or other unexpected surprises in the bag. Price is quite good/comparable to TJ's. Not too dry or moist, perfect flavor with no weird rotted bits, and a very generous portion. I was loving them and chowing down by the handful until a pit cracked a molar, and now I've got a crown-- They tell you on the package that it's mechanically pitted, please don't be like me and listen. I'd still eat them again, though, albeit a bit more cautiously.
