When I opened it it smelled really factory-ish, and chemical-y. Not a big deal though. It is a pretty decent item. It looks slightly cheaply made, but it feels sturdier than it looks. It does keep my guitar up well. I'll have to see how long it holds up, and I may update my review then.

Just received this item today! My guitar stand arrived at a reasonably fast pace. When I opened it it smelled really factory-ish, and chemical-y. Not a big deal though. It is a pretty decent item. It looks slightly cheaply made, but it feels sturdier than it looks. It does keep my guitar up well. I'll have to see how long it holds up, and I may update my review then.

Poor quality, poor workmanship. If you are not careful while folding the stand, the steel just bends. If you are very fond of your guitar, don't buy this one.
