A while back, her neurologist recommended this supplement to help manage her obsessive compulsive disorder. It seems to work ... not a cure mind you .... but we definitely see a more manageable person when she is on it. Currently, she takes one tablet in the morning (mixed with a glass of water) and one at night, although her doctor said that we could actually give her a third dose if warranted. We try to stay with two, as this supplement is rather expensive and is not covered by our health insurance.
