My observation 1) I dont have any digestion issues. Also may be because I ensure I take a lot of fibre. Fibre is essentially for digestion when we are taking protein rich food. 2) I saw my weight increase by 1 to 1.5Kg but I also saw my muscle mass percentage increased by 150bps and fat reduced by same percentage. From my research I understood Creatine helps cells retain water more to help workout. I did my blood tests, triglycerides had come down so it correlated with gaining muscles more. 3) For first 1 month I didn't see much difference other than small weight gain.
