My steamer was good, but it didn't really clean the floor as well as I had expected. I could wipe the floor with a damp kitchen towel and I will still see dirt. However, after using this product, I wipe the floor with a damp paper towel and it's not just clean, it's really clean!I was also a little reluctant to buy this as I expected it to be of pretty low quality, being from Asia, but boy was I wrong.It's strong, well made and works brilliantly. The spin for the mop is useless as it still leaves the mop head dripping. 2 the mop head can not go into corners ok for doing straight runs but that's it. 3. Mop head does mark the floor is the plastic rubbing .
