Maintains efficiency so extending system life. Compatible with all metals and materials commonly used in heating systems. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly. Volume: 5 litres.Fernox Protector Alphi-11 is a combined antifreeze and inhibitor, which gives long term protection of domestic central heating systems against internal corrosion and limescale formation. It prevents corrosion of all metals found in these systems, i.e. ferrous metals, copper and copper alloys and aluminium. Fernox Protector Alphi-11 is compatible with all metals and materials commonly used in central heating systems. For continued protection we recommend Protector levels are checked regularly (annually). The concentration of the product can be easily measured on site using a Fernox Protector Test Kit. **Q: Can you please confirm what temperature it protects from as not sure it is wrong in the description "Will protect from -11C to -22C" should not be -1?**
A: I don't think it matters whether its -1 or -11 as it protects down to -22 anyway! It is designed to stop your system freezing up especially if you are away from home and don't leave the boiler on.

**Q: is this concertrated or do i have to dilute it**
A: Its concentrated and can be poured straight into the system via a radiator or the top of the boiler having let out an equivalent amount of water from the system first. You should know roughly how much water is in the system so that you can get the percentage concentration correct as per the instructions.

**Q: I have 8 large radiaters and 4 small radiaters. How much doeses or quantity should I use to fill the systelm after cleaned? Thanks**
A: This is antifreeze protection used in caravans, lodges and other badly insulted accommodation. It would not normal be used in a house.
Since you have not given the volume of the system small house 1 big house 2, 5 litre containers. This is a rule of thumb for actual dose phone Fernox help line.

**Q: What colour is the anti-freeze? i have alime green in my caravan and not sure if this is the same product**
