The order-to-fulfillment process was good. Product arrived early, so good one Amazon team. The bag itself is very well built and the polyester fabric is of good quality. The finishing of the product is good. Shoulder band supplied with the bag is of average quality and the removable shoulder pad provided is just ok. Could have been better with a single-layer inner foam lining to the removable pad/wrap. The hooks on the shoulder strap are metal, zippers on all compartments are of premium quality.Overall a good compact laptop bag with decent storage space. Looks very neat and the build quality is excellent. Outer material and zips are good and the bag is light. But the inner partitions are somewhat flimsy , could tear due to usage , and contents from one compartment protrudes into next compartment. Front pocket with the vertical zipper is hard to take out things from. Lookswise the bag looks better for its price , but the brown strap looks out of place and cheap.
