The bag is of an impressive size, solid and neatly finished, constructed to the usual Sportstech standard of excellence in manufacture with elegant, stylish appearance. When hung from a steel beam in the ceiling, the bag reaches down to just over a foot from the gym floor. You can punch it at any height you wish like you can knee it or kick it. This is an impressive punching bag worth every penny of its price.
