It is a very nice looking pan and works great! I cooked some scrambled eggs in it to test for non-stick. It preformed great. As good as my 5 ply Misen 12". It turned a beautiful golden color lol. I left it off the heat waited 2 minutes and added the high heat cooking oil and a half a tablespoon of butter and the eggs cooked perfectly and no stik. I hand washed it and it was as easy as any non-stick to clean. I used Bar keepers friend to clean it and bring it back to new looking. Or does it have a slight "dome" on the inside and corresponding concavity on the outside bottom?.** A: The fry pan has a dome of 1.5-2CM in the pan and a concavity of about 1-1.5CM on the bottom of the pan. Very gradual curve on each surface increasing at the outer rim. I initially didn’t like stainless steel pans at all because the food sticks. However, after I learned the proper technique, I now prefer to use this stainless steel pan for any searing job and also for scrambled eggs. See that attached video where I easily seared scallops without getting them stuck, and I got perfect searing results. Also, the pan is easy to clean with the regular dishwasher soap. I use a plastic brush. I also put it in the dishwasher sometimes but it could leave some residue. If there is residue then it can be easily cleaned with a little bit of vinegar and baking soda. The pan feels sturdy and well built.
