A: The DVD is useful as initial instruction.  I intersperse this with regular routine - maybe 5!minutes, slow down, back to routine and then back to bounce.

I have several of the Stott Pilates DVD's.  I wish they were set up so I didn't have to agree to terms, etc each time I used it.  That being said, they are informative and well done videos.
