    Love these but 1 broke in under 6 months

These are super cute chairs but the metal on one of the legs bent and the person sitting in the chair fell.  I don't know how to contact the vendor for a replacement or refund.  They got light use over the last 5 months so this was maybe the 20th time someone sat in it.  I’d like the vendor to contact me and maybe just send replacement legs.
