I ordered a large based on reviews and the size chart. I have a large scrotum and I hang at about 7” flaccid. All my junk falls right in as you pull the on with minimal adjustment. I am not smooshed I do not know if the size of the pouch changes with the waste size. **Q: I am a 31” with not that big of a package. should i go for small or medium? have a feeling that small might for better.** A: Yes, probably small. Especially if you're a more typical size. I'm 34-35 and medium was good for me, but I'm bigger due to medical reasons. **Q: How do they feel when you are hard?
