I have an older mirage outback and this seat fits perfect. However, I did need to add four pad eyes for the mounting straps. Came on time. Merchandise seems just as advertised. It fit both of our Ocean Prowler 13' and Ocean Malibu Tandem kayaks perfectly. Time will tell how it holds up. I imagine it will last a couple years of frequent use. The storage pouch on the backside of the backrest is a plus.I was fairly comfortable testing it out in my backyard for an abreviated comfort and support test. When it comes to testing out items pertaining to comfort, my wife is like the Princess and The Pea. She is very particular about chairs, sofas, mattresses and seats. She found Ocean Motion very comfortable and supportive. We found nothing to squawk about.I am not a pedantic, possessions idolator. I/we use our 'stuff' and understand nothing is made to last forever.
