ANYBODY KNOW PLEASE. ### ⭐ the functionality is great and the water taste really good *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on 14 December 2015* This review is mostly a reflection of the seller. I ordered the Berkey Light with 4 black filters but only received 2 of the 4 black filters. I called amazon and was told to contact the seller. I called the seller and she blamed amazon for the mistake. Apparently, the only way to get the 2 black filters I paid for is to package up the entire berkey system and return it all and then re-buy it again. They refuse to just send the additional filters.As far as the filter goes ... the functionality is great and the water taste really good. My only complaint is that I did notice (since I only had two filters) that there are two holes that need to get plugged up (they include two black plugs). Because the filter is clear I could see that BOTH THE PLUGS WERE LETTING WATER THROUGH. The drip was pretty slow but still a drop every 30 seconds even after I emptied and re-tightened the plug as hard as I could. It might not be a problem with the metal berkeys but it definitely was with the plastic.
