Pop the caps on the outside ring, push like hell and pop the rings on the grips, Slide'm on your handlebars and tighten the clamp screws. I've never lost a cap, never damaged a lock ring so bad I couldn't reuse or at least get them loose. To remove, take the screw out and place a straight screwdriver in the gap, just a quick twist pops them right off of the grip. I love these things! Much higher quality than the elCheapo's, Anodized, not painted... They make the grips in the USA, but these come from Taiwan... I'll be buying more of these!
