First of all thanks to Seavy because package was excellent, item travelled from Delhi to Tamilnadu but there was not a single scratch. Based on the package method, I could understand the quality of the product & seller concern that, item should reach customer destination in good condition. It is an excellent chimney compare than other costly branded. It's work fine. Seavy customer care was called me two times for installation, but I installed the unit by local technician. My product was not installed by seavy technician because of my place was not in their service area. I contacted the seavy technion and he told me to call any local technition and privided some guidelines to install the chimney.
