Keep in mind they’re unisex but they give you the option to choose your preferred size, I’m tall so I appreciate the tall options. I’m 5’7 and weigh around 175 I order a small top and medium tall bottoms, I believe I can size down with the top because I still have a lot of room. So far I have ordered 5 sets. P.s. it doesn’t take long to ship and receive, you’ll get it way before the estimated date
