Comes in 2 sachets each sachet makes 24 portions which is too many for me so I weigh each sachet and use 1/2 a sachet you will also need milk and double cream. One of my favourite desserts which I serve with raspberry sauce. **Q: do u need single or double cream for this** A: We use double cream, as in the recipe. This is not a diet food. It was a lifesaver for my Father in the last stages of his illness, as it was appetising and calorific and very easy to eat. The box contains two large sachets, and we halve each sachet and pour the mix into small bowls to set. They keep in the fridge for several days, and we serve them with a topping of a small amount of damson, apricot, quince or other fruit which we have pureed.
